Product Description No installation! Save 95% on your AC electric bill with this 4-in-1 cooler/ionizer/humidifier/fan rolling from room to room! This year, beat high energy costs with the Kaito Air-Cooler-Ionizer-Humidifier, yet the room temperature is reduced by as much as 12 F! The built-in fresh air anion generator releases streams of negative ions that attract dust and other allergens down and out of the air you inhale. Air feels as fresh as after a springtime rain. Rolls easily on large casters to a guest room, an enclosed porch, or to accompany you from room to room. There are no expensive filters to buy; just rinse the permanent filter. Other features include three air speed: H/ M/ L, four modes selectable, 7.5 hour timer and remote control. Unit comes with two ice packs.

Great Cooler!!! September 2, 2010 Satisfied Mom I live in Louisiana where the summers are very hot with high humidity. This cooler was delivered to me on yesterday. Already it has made a big difference by dropping the temperature down to about 7-8 degrees when the humidity is high, with ice packs in the water and ice in the tray located at the top of the machine. The temperature drops from 10-12 degrees when the humidity is low. The unit is in a 168sq.ft. room with a 3-speed fan. Last night my son turned his fan off because it was so cold in his room. My son has no complaints about this machine.
I Really Like this Air Cooler! August 19, 2010 K. Henry (TX) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I just got this yesterday and have plugged it in and added the water and ice. The air feels pretty cool to me, but so far I've only used it last evening and this morning, so we'll see how it does later in the day "today." I'll try to add to my review later, but so far, so good! I bought it to cut down on using my central A/C unit because my electricity bill has been out of this world lately and I live in a small duplex, so I am not going to run the A/C much now. I've also got a window A/C unit for my bedroom and I put that on for a few hours a day only, so now with the swamp cooler and the window unit I'm going to get my electricy bill down, down, down!!!!
Good for what it is August 18, 2010 Jeepix (MV, USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Requires 20% or less humidity to work well. But it does work well. This is my second one, the previous one lasting about 6-7 years. Comes with two freezable cooler packs to keep the water cooler, giving cooler air flow. Trick I've found is to fill with water, then the freezer packs and to get the cool air flowing fast, put some water in the ice trap at the top to speed up the process of wetting the cloth. I haven't found that putting ice in the top makes much difference. However, the freezer packs do. I wouldn't use it for a room bigger than 10x10, less if you have hot equipment running all the time. It moves a good amount of air, but not a ton. Fairly quiet. Low maintenance. Keep the filter in back clean by spraying it with your garden hose and letting it dry. Same with the cloth in the back. Easy to set up, use, very, very, very low electrical bill compared to the A/C. But, if you live in a humid area forget it, it won't keep you cool, in fact it'll make you worse. Shipped quick. Good price.
Great little machine August 18, 2010 Nevada Ben 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you want something to cool down your whole house, get something other than this unit. If you want something that will do what this unit claims to be able to do, get this. I live in a dry climate, and if I am in the same room as this cooler, particularly with the air blowing on me, it makes a noticeable difference. And I like the ability to set it to turn off in a set amount of time. A great value.
Best $100 I've spent July 31, 2010 John 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is the best $100 you can spend if you live in a hot dry area. The unit functions perfectly every time and blows cooler air then a fan. Keep in mind this is not an air conditioning and it will never blow as cold or near as cold as a A/C. It's a evaporative cooler which will give you cooler air then your ordinary fan. It will keep a small room or office cooler. I highly recommend this!
